    Hi,

    I cannot hear or be heard in chat. Either party or game. I can join parties and online games no lag etc. Headset is fine and can Skype. Not muted. Diagnostics all fine. Moderate NAT. 4.5mb up, 1.5 down. Im completely stuck!

    works for audio on the xbox one but no chat Kinda sucks, Microsoft please help..

    Please help me set up chat

    I just got a headset. The sound is great. But I can't hear other's voice in my headset. Do I need the adapter. How do I adjust the volumes for best experience

    chat issues, help please

    There are a couple things that can happen here.... Easiest fix is to go to settings/kinnect - and turn off kinnect for chat.

    The other issue is that if you have multiple accounts on your XBO, occasionally it will randomly sign in those profiles, when it does it sometimes switches to the kinnect for voice.

    I think when kinect substitue your headset is because my controller don't have anymore battery or just a bit.

    If it like the XBOX 360. go to preferences option and select Mic. I do not know where it is on XBOX ONE. But it be under there. If not. The good boys and girl at XBOX SUPPORT will help you to get you mic to work the way you wanted it to.

    This is very common issue. I believe your xbox one is quite far away from you, isn't it?

    Try to approach to it and wait little while, it should start to work.
