To put it simply, my friends account is homed to my xbox, and recently his cousin switvhed it up and i ended up putting back mine, now i cant share my friends games like how it used to work. his content only appears if hes signed in, and only works if hes
signed in, unlike before. Can someone please tell me this is a glitch or something? i need help.

Please Urgent Assistance

I have logged into my Xbox and it has asked me each time to add securty... I followed the process and now it is saying "This email or password isn't valid". Now I've tried resetting and have tried multiple times logging in with a new password, still nothing...

I also deleted my profile and cleared the cache but it still hasn't let me log in.

There could be many variables... I just updated from Hotmail to Outlook and it could just be coincidence my Xbox isn't letting me log in...

Or my information could be hacked which is just a normal reaction I have because I can't seem to log in at all.

This is a tad frustrating and I was wondering if someone can resolve this matter or assist me.

Note: I can log in my account through Xbox.com and Windows Live ID. I just can't through the start up with Xbox...

Give this a shot and let us know how it turns out!

This should work for you!!

1. Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to select Delete profile only, to do so check this link:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time like in step 3

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) you might have enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.

can you try to delete and then re-download your profile? Also, can you try to clear your system cache and check https://billing.microsoft.com/ and make sure all your info is up to date and accurate. If neither one of those steps resolve your issue, please
