Please help my Xbox one has no signal when I turn it on

When I turned my xbox one off as i was done using and tried to turn it back on later it showed on the TV “No signal” however it is on and my controller won’t connect to the xbox, and it cant turn off unless i hold the xbox turn on button on the console for
5-10 seconds. I have tried every reboot including cold reboot, hard reboot, holding the eject and power button, etc. and they never work. Please help my xbox hasnt been working for 2 days now because of this nonsense

Also my Xbox is the original Xbox One not the Xbox one X, Xbox One S or Xbox 360

Controller wont connect

My xbox 360 controller wont connect, I have tried the sync buttons, also turning off my TV, (which usually helps because the signals get messed up) It has new batteries, and it just worked yesterday, sometimes when I turn on the xbox no lights turn on.
Please help if there is any fixes -_-

 

Xbox one turns TV during shut down, but tv then turns back on.

My Xbox one powers every thing off when I tell it to turn off, but the TV will always cut back on, like it is getting another signal. Please help.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

It sadly doesnt work. I have done resets like that but they dont work, do you have any other tips? I appreciate you trying to help! Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear of the frustrations being caused by black screen issue on the Xbox.

Let's try everything we can to try and narrow down some things.

When you power cycle your Xbox as instructed above, try plugging your Xbox into another power outlet and if it is plugged into a surge protector, remove it and plug straight into the wall.

Black screen issues like this one can be caused by a fuse going bad in the power supply, affecting the internal software from being able to properly display a picture. The fuse can be degraded if plugged into any power source that may not be able to handle
the voltage requirements of the Xbox and the more devices plugged with the Xbox on a power strip may amplify the damage to the power supply.

I would suggest to also look into getting another high speed HDMI cable to rule out the issue being related to the cable or the port on your Xbox.

Have you tried it on a different TV and all of the HDMI ports on your TV?

 

I didnt try it on another TV as the one I’m using is the only one that currently works atm. I am very sure ive tried all Hdmi ports and I dont think it works im not sure
