[/quote]If your Windows Live ID is blocked, you'll have to go to http://windowslivehelp.com/. Your ID was blocked either because someone tried to use an incorrect password too many times or
it has been blocked because activity was detected that identified that the account was compromised.

Sign in Problem

I can't sign into my account because it is blocked, due to too many failed sign-in attempts. I already reset the password to the account but I still cant sign in.

It tells me to reset my password over and over, then come back and sign in.

Hey huxley -

If you can't fill in the fields for chat support, double check that you have a proper billing address on file on your >>Microsoft Commerce<< account. You don't have to have a credit card on file but you do need to have address information listed. Once you
do that, you should be able to fill in the name boxes so you can chat with support.

noboundz, i've already tried many things such as changing my WLID username and password and right now i am trying to get my account recovered through WLID. It's actually not xbox's fault, but is windows live's. My gamertag and profile is blocked.

I've tried to reset my password using the link provided many times, i'm hoping to speak with someone at Windows Live or Xbox Live that can help me more than this small questionnaire has. its been years since i used this account that its hard for me to remember
all the data, and guessing too often causes me to get locked out for a while. Is there no way to contact Windows Live directly <i've been redirected back and forth from Windows to Xbox so many times its silly>

Ive had this problem too my xbox live account was blocked soo i unblocked it by changing the windows live ID password

And after i did that I got on my xbox 360 and punched in my email and password and it said Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 80070026." PLEASE HELP
