PLEASE HELP my friend

Please could Xbox live enforcement get in touch.

My friend recently got permanent banned to which he had no idea y.

After going through all the required steps and submitting the case review Microsoft decided to overturn his ban stating it was a mistake to ban him.

He then tried to go back on his account a few days later to which it said he was still banned.

When going on the enforcement page to try and get in touch it said he has a perfect record. Because of this it does not have the case review button to click on anymore and he has no way of getting in contact with Xbox enforcement.

He spoke to Xbox support on the phone and they said they don't know how to contact them either.

So now he has been unable to access the hundreds of games he owns for over 2 months now and has no idea what to do as his account is stuck in limbo not know who to contact.

He is also having problems accessing the forums and also I felt I had to try and help some way as he is my friend and clearly being wronged

How did your friend purchase the membership? If it was from the console the gold should have been added immediately.

 

If your suspension is up and you still cannot get online try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.
