Please help my account for 7 years was hacked and they using my money

Hello my name is Aysha some one hacked my xbox account that i had for 6 -7 years now they been trying to use my card on file I’ve tried getting the account back but they change the pw email and phone number so i cant acesss , I only had one pw for that
account I never changed , I’m here really sad my son had all he’s games in my account since he’s dad send me the money and I pay it with my card so my account was my son home Xbox he’s 10 years old a honor roll student my baby is heart broken all the games
he earned for 7 years are gone of course That’s material but he’s till sad and the fact that they are trying to use my card on file is really crazy I know who’s behind all this, I have all the proof needed my credit card on tile my adrees everything but
I can’t get in contact with Microsoft Xbox no body on the mean time I have. A child who’s very upset my card is on jeopardy I can’t report it because I’m waiting for my unemployment so I have to turn it off every time I finish paying because they are trying
hard please help I’m a hair dresser I Haven’t been working and is not fear that this ppl took the acoustic with thousands of dollar worth nd they are also trying to use my money .!! what can I do it? I tried chatting yesterday havent heard anything from them

It has been done they dont seem to been working i hace 3 days and inhavetn talked to a person yet inly virtual chats i just need a freaking call befor this ppl use all my money

if request a call is unavailable use the Chat Online option.

This has beeen the best help i got in 3 days thabsk God bless i did went ahead and follow all the steps but the request a call option says unavaliable for some reason i know i wint be able to get a hold of any one and its unfair i cant report my card necause
im expenting my unemployment and y card is thought paypal and they defenallt nit working so im screwe i just hate the fact they took the account with 50+ games a whole year if xboxlive my private conversation and they are still trying to buy stuff and used
200 of my money i have 3 days trying to just to get a phone call

I game share with my son xbox so that way i can control his games my son only 10 he dont know my account pw and no one been in my house for the past 3 months

if you still need help, create a brand new outlook email address for contacting Support. don't try to use the account that has been hacked as the hacker may have added an alias email and will get notifications of password changes or other attempts to recover
your account

click the Contact Us button on the linked page

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call (you need to be signed in for this so use the new outlook account)

you can also contact your bank to inform them that your card details have been stolen and the unauthorised purchases made so that they can stop any more being stolen. they may even be able to get you your money back faster than Microsoft
