Please help me

Hello I have Xbox one S and a PC with Windows 10 Pro. I have tried to stream from my xbox to pc with Xbox App but it's not working. My xbox is connected to pc. I have the newest versions of both windows and windows app. I have stable internet connection.I
have allowed streaming on xbox. I have tried to test streaming in app and everything is fine. No error is shown to me. Im connected to the same live account on pc and console but when I try start streaming first it says connecting and then suddenly application
turns off without showing any error. What can I do ? I tried every advice on xbox one support on microsoft website.
