Please help me

So on cyber Monday I was trying to buy NHL 19 99 edition on my phone via microsoft website. When signing in it took me through a security process where I entered a code. I sent it to my phone but it said the code was incorrect. I then tried to use my yahoo
adress but it said that was wrong as well. It would not allow me buy the game. I decided i was going to try buying it on my xbox but when the chance came the sale had ended. I reached out to a support on tuesday but it turned out to be outlook support. They
replied so fast i thought it was an auto reply. Any way today I noticed the reply directed me to xbox support and they directed me here. I was wondering if you could still offer me the discounted price of $40 for nhl 19 99 edition. I had been waiting for
the sale to buy it and it is depressing that i missed it due to an error with security when it was indeed me the whole time.

Unfortunately once a sale ends it is not possible to get that sale price again unless the game goes on sale again.
