    Hi! Before reaching out to Xbox Support let's try and find out what the issue exactly is. I don't know Castle Miner Z, but searching for "Castle Miner Z promo code" brings up this:

    "PROMO CODES ARE RANDOMIZED FOR ALL PLAYERS AND CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE, THUS IS NON-SHAREABLE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR CODES. YOU WILL GET BANNED FOR IT."

    By 'move' you mean you have moved to a different location? Have you made sure the full game and not just the demo is installed? Try deleting the game, access your download history and make sure to download the full game:
