    Hello, I have a problem with my Xbox one for a few months to want to open either any video game, or any application like YouTube, netflix or internet, I see a box where you are trying to "synchronize data ...", act continued
    appearing a message that says we could not get your last saved data and give me the option to "try again" (no matter how hard you try it will never work) or "use without connection" the result is not being able to access games or applications, help! Thank

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that fails then you could try to do a Factory Reset on the console (with keeping Games and Apps installed) like mentioned on this link: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    If that doesn't help then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat via Contact Us | Xbox Support
