    please try removing your profile from the console, then perform a proper power cycle via the steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console and then download your profile again.

    Be aware that the steps to download your profile will require your account credentials.
