PLEASE HELP ME!! XBOX ONE S DELETES AND REINSTALLS 4 GAMES AUTOMATICALLY!!!!

So i got a new Xbox One S for Christmas this year, and when i install a game from a disc, IT DELETES AND REINSTALLS GAMES AUTOMATICALLY WHEN I TURN THE CONSOLE OFF AND ON AGAIN AFTER I INSTALL IT THE FIRST TIME FROM THE DISC!!!! Ive talked to TONS of people,
and they either dont know how to help me, or tell me its just updateing from the disc. HOW CAN A XBOX ONE GAME UPDATE FROM THE DISC?? AND ITS NOT AN UPDATE. IT TOTALLY SYARTS OVER REINSTALLING THE WHOLE GAME I JUST INSTALLED FROM THE DISC!! IF IT WAS AN UPDATE,
IT WOULD HAVE SAID IT WAS UPDATEING FROM THE NETWORK!! IT. IS. NOT. AN. UPDATE!! It doesn't happen with updated games, BUT THIS STILL SHOULDN'T HAPPEN!!!! Ive tried factory resetting it twice, the first time deleteing ALL the games AND apps, and the second
time keeping the games and apps. WELL GUESS WHAT!? IT STILL HAPPENS!! And THEN i totally reinstalled the OS from a usb with the OSU1 $SystemUpdate file folder. IT. STILL. HAPPENS!!

I dont think its a HARDWARE ISSUE, (LIKE MICROSOFT TRIES TO TELL ME). ITS A BUG IN EVERYONE'S XBOX ONE OPERATING SYSTEM!!!! HEY MICROSOFT, WhY DOnt yOU aDMiT ITs yOUr FaULt!!!!!!!!?? OR ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE YOUR FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK!!!!!!?? I.

Everything is updated, i am connected to xbox live. I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times now.

delete the demo and reinstall it and if that dosnt work hold the power button for 10 seconds and let the console reset

It is digital and i have deleted and reinstalled a few times already.

If you live in a country where the games are available and you redeemed the codes then try deleting the games and reinstalling them to see if that helps.
