Please help me with my Xbox live/Profile

Hello! To anyone who is reading this. I am having problems with my Xbox live/Profile. When I do the Xbox live connection test it doesn't connect to Xbox live. And after the connection test when I log in it says that it needs my account info (ex. email and
password). When I log in with my info it says that it is wrong and or can not log in. After this it tells me I can recover my account by clicking the Recover Account button when I do this it sometimes gives me three options 1. I don't know
my password 2. I know my password but can't sign in 3. I think someone else is using my account if I click on three all the options of someone using my account aren't there but I also
chose 2. Which then tells me to reset my password and I have done so twice now. When I do the connection test after that and then log in it still says my account info is wrong and or can not log in. I have tried resetting my Xbox, Turning off
my Xbox, Unplugging everything on my Xbox and then plugging them back in. None of these options work. I have tried logging out and just trying to connect when I do both of these it asks me to login with my account info which you might know is wrong or can
not log in. I know no one is using my account because anything I do throughout the day is still there at the same time and nothing else has been touched. I have tried the Xbox live connection forum that Microsoft has to help connect to Xbox live and none of
the things they give me work. I do not know what to do if anybody could help that would be AMAZING. Thanks in advance I hope you can help me.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!
