• May we ask if you were having issues on specific game or app?
  
• Based on your categories you are using Xbox Series S, are you having similar issues with other platform?
  
• Also, is using left click while holding right click of the mouse configured (mapped) in the settings of game or app?

Considering you only have 5 achievements in the game, i'm guessing you either haven't signed onto Live in forever, or you never got to finish it. =/ That sucks. Was the game installed onto your HDD? Did the method that Krayus mentioned work for you?
