Please help me to reset my save data in forza

hello peeps I am currently playing forza 3 horizon and used my last saved save point which I wasn't online while playing it and then went back online though using WiFi and downloaded my last saved data all my achievements are there but I have had to start
the whole game again please can anyone help me find out how to reclaim my old saved data ?

i still have all my progress in forza horizon 4 after trying this i checked if it was saved before by going on my games and apps then i pressed more options on forza horizon 4 and selected Manage game and add-ons and scrolled down to the Saved data tab
and it says there is 10 MB of reserved space for forza horizon 4.not sure if this is the correctway to chech or if that tells me it is saved but it worled for me. hope this helps.

Hey Danny Towin! Unless you saved your Forza data as a cloud save it would have been removed during a factory reset. Thanks!

ive already called you guys and it was no help he told me to reset my xbox and i lost all of my profiles, games, save data, and game share data, and i need this data back and i cant get it back
