    If the account you're talking about was stolen and banned while the account was out of your control, the account owner can open an unauthorized access case by calling Xbox Phone Support. And for the Call of Duty Elite subscription, these cannot be transfered
    from account to account.

    Please try this: Lets reboot the system completely. With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the
    green Xbox One splash screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen.

    Let us know if this helps. - Jim

    delete the demo and reinstall it and if that dosnt work hold the power button for 10 seconds and let the console reset
