Please help me, someone is bothering me and does not leave me alone

Why my reputation on my profile is low, but on microsoft profile is high? is a mistake?

 

I'm confused.Someone is harassing you but you don't know their gamertag?

How do you know it's the same person reporting you all the time?

There is no way to see who has reported you.

The same person constantly reporting you would not affect your rep.

Your rep is a representation of your behaviour online over a period of time.

As rep is nothing to do with support you would need to go here where you can find out about the rep system & how it works.

 

I think I know who reporting to me, but I'm not 100% sure.

I did not do anything, I did not play in versus mode, I never insulted anyone through messages, I do not use the microphone.

I do not pretend to be believed, but someone I can at least control what is happening to my profile.

Why

do I have a good reputation on the official microsoft site (xbox) ..

but if I join my xbox live account I have a bad reputation?

I do not ask you to believe it, but you check it out, maybe it's a mistake.

Ido not intend to report people randomly as I was advised, without being

sure who is the author of these false reports. So I ask for help to you

 

It can sometimes take the enforcement site time to sync up.Whatever your rep is on your console is your true rep.

You are the only one who can improve your rep,no one will reset it for you.
