Please help me, someone is bothering me and does not leave me alone

A person continues to bother me on the xbox live and does not want to

quit. Continues to create fake accounts and keeps me losing my

reputation on my profile. Every time my reputation returns normal .. he

sends a signal.

Please help me, can any administrator or manager of xbox live take action against this person?

I'm forced to create another account, or leave the xbox live..

If I go on my xbox live profile from the official website it marks me

as a very good reputation .. But when on xbox live account my reputation is

negative.

Count to climb and get off without reason! I do not know why I hate it so much.

Do not let me in peace, someone hates me so much that I want to block my account.

I have spent money to buy gears of wars 4 and more to play pc.

I called the help center but they said they can not do anything. What do I have to do? Stop buying and playing on xbox live?



I did not play with anyone, I always play with the same people, I do not play in competitive games but only in coop, with my friend.

You do have to pay,you will not get it changed for free.

Just block comms & report anyone sending you harassing messages via your console.

If you haven't already, you would need to file complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. You'll also want to block communications with them. .

There is no way to contact the enforcement team directly. You would have to know the other person's gamertag in order to file a complaint on them.

 

So is the only thing I can do and create a new account and start over again?

Is there no way to defend against such attacks?

 

Filing complaints and blocking communications would be the only thing you can do, but if you don't know who it is, then there is nothing you could do. If you want to create a new account that would be up to you.

 

Can I transfer a game I purchased with an account to a new account?

 

This is one of the saddest things that happened to me.

 

Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

 

Whenever you have someone on Xbox Live giving you problems, you only need to do these things:

1. Do not talk to them at all. Do not give them any attention.
2. Mute.
3. Block.
4. Report (for harassment).

Go back into your old account that you have already put money and time into. There is no need to make a new account if someone is giving you problems.
Remember: you can control who talks to you.

If they keep making "fake" accounts and try to harass you,
just do the same steps above. Eventually, they'll get bored and stop. This is how you handle an internet troll.

 

But the problem is that someone I do not know who he is, even when I do not play continues to report my profile without reason.
