It worked!! Thanks alot Mister Darcy! And thank you too Alice! Deleting my profile and redownloading it fixed the issue i was having! I may have felt a little silly about letting something like this bothering me, but i didn't give up.

OH, and by the way. I checked and made sure my Notifications are checked on to be showed.

Try clearing your system cache first. see if this helps.
