  1. Please help me resolve this suspension.


    I just finished up on a DZ run in the Division with my newly met friends on the game, I went out shopping and returned to a 2 week communication suspension and I'm wanting to know why? I believe I may have a few ideas what may have led to this ban.

    Potential reasons I can think of:

    1. When I just got off the Division I killed a few players and stole their loot with my American friend, Hungarian friend and British friend. I think the people I killed was highly annoyed and may have reported me for my in-game actions (If he did report me
    for playing the PVP zone as it should then that's obviously a false report).

    2. I was involved in a post from [Mod Removed]about her telling her 1420 followers to report a certain user and they obviously attacked him, so I debated that it was wrong to send an army of followers to have a guy banned over nothing and so [Mod
    Removed]
    I believe got easily offended (She has Bipolar disease) and some of her followers gave me grief calling me a hater (So some of them may have reported me falsely).

    Brief description of my use of Xbox Live:

    I don't talk much because of my anxiety but recently I added 4 guys who play the Division for Dark Zone farming, missions, etc and they are absolutely awesome! Anyways, I barely message people at all and I find it hard to believe that I received a communication
    suspension for what I believe I shouldn't of received. The only time I can think I may have gave some grief towards another player was on Rocket League, the game is fun but frustrating with rookies on your team. Even though I'm really shy I like to be funny
    around my friends online.

    Questions I have:

    1. How long is the suspension?

    2. Why did I receive the suspension?

    3. Is it possible to remove if we can resolve it if I have friends who vouch for me?

    I've been suspended on my account because i joined a random match on GTA V and it happeded to be a modded match. I just paid for a month of live too and i got suspended for not meaning to join a "modded" match can someone please help me resolve this?? This
    should not have happened im a legit gamer. This is very dissapointing with the amount of money i have gave this company over the past 8 years and they just suspened my account for something i didnt even do go after the actual "modders".

    1. You said yourself that it is 2 weeks long, so the suspension is 2 weeks.

    2. No one here in the forums knows the answer, except you.

    3. No one here can assist you in removing the suspension or provide any information. Other than some staff everyone here is a user of Xbox Live just as you are. Go to enforcement.xbox.com to see the results of your suspension.

    Suspensions don't happen immediately. Nothing you did the day you were issued the suspension resulted in the suspension. It likely happened weeks or months ago.

  5. How would I know the answer to number 2? They send a email saying bad communication then show you like 5 potential reasons. They never state how long the ban is, why I got it.

    Because you committed the offense that caused you to be suspended? Or are you going to just claim ignorance to why you were suspended for 2 weeks? Hint, it isn't for false reports and you had to have been suspended before for it to be two weeks this time.
