Please help me resolve this misunderstanding

I've been suspended on my account because i joined a random match on GTA V and it happeded to be a modded match. I just paid for a month of live too and i got suspended for not meaning to join a "modded" match can someone please help me resolve this??
This should not have happened im a legit gamer. This is very dissapointing with the amount of money i have gave this company over the past 8 years and they just suspened my account for something i didnt even do go after the actual "modders".

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way is through the enforcement website.

The enforcement team isn't on the forums so they will not help you here.

If you think the ban is unfair, head over to enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review.

Oh.. And get your keyboard fixed. The capslock is broken I think.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you already submitted a review then you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, you will have to wait out your suspension.
