Please help me recover our banned account!

Please let me explain,

So, my parents are split up, and recently (1 year ago) my Dad's partner died. He has gone to crap and he has been abusing me and my brother. One way by doing this is getting our account banned. Over about 1 year he has said mean things and gotten friends
to report mine and my brothers account to intentionally get it banned. This is especially distressing to my brother, who has earned all the moneys worth of games and spent hours playing, it is all gone just because our father is abusive. I cannot appeal as
my father already has so that me and my brother cannot, the only way is for enforcement to re-instate it.

Please help! Anything will be much wanted!

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

The only way to contact them is by filing a case review on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home

If that has already been done & the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do,the account will remain banned.

Sorry for what happen, maybe you should also contact your local police or social security help and report your abusive father too.

I hope you boys are doing okay despite your abusive father that should be reported.

No one,not even Major Nelson,will reverse the decision.

From what you've said your LFG post was a gross violation of the ToU/CoC & a punishable offence no matter what the reason was for posting it.
