    Hello to anyone that can help me, I am in desperate need to recover my original account. I have tried to get it back but it's been awhile and I can't remember very much of my account info. I do know some and can try my best to prove ownership. I just want
    to see if there is a chance that I can regain access to all of the features and games that I bought when I was regularly using it. Please respond asap so I can enjoy xbox live again.

    Xbox Recovery Problem

    Hello, I'd like to ask about this problem.

    I am unable to recover my Xbox gamer-tag onto different hard drives and consoles besides my original console. This means that I am able to sign in to Xbox live and recover my gamer-tag onto ONLY one console. If I try to use the hard drive(with my Xbox gamer-tag
    stored on it) on a different console it will not allow me sign onto Xbox live. It also Makes me unable to recover my gamer-tag on different hard drives providing it is not my original console. When I attempt to sign in on a console that is not my original
    it gives me with the error "80151012". To sum it all up, I am unable to use my Xbox Live account on any Xbox that is not my original. This is a problem because I want to purchase the new Xbox slim, but am afraid I will still be unable to recover my account,
    thus making it pointless to. Any help or insight would be most kind. If you need more details, please ask.

    Have you tried to recover the origin account by using one of your e-mails on the
    Origin password reset page? Maybe this will help in getting started in recovering whatever the original account might have been.

    Hi Nkosana23,

    I have been contact with Minecraft support for possibilities to recover my Minecraft account. They mentioned my Minecraft account is associated with my original Microsoft account. Not the newly reopened account, even I used the same email address for reopened Microsoft account. In this case, what should I do? Can you help me associate or link my newly reopened account to my original account which the hacker deleted? If not, does it mean all my purchase with my original Microsoft account will be lost?
