    I can not use the download code HALO 5.

    Hi there!

    This problem is most likely caused because Halo 5 hasn't released yet.

    I recommend waiting until release day, and if you still have trouble redeeming the code, this page should help you out:

    Why is microsoft requiring a QR code for my sons switch? Why can he not just use the credentials, if not than what is the purpose

    you're not required to use a QR code

    what precisely are you trying to do and what exactly is it saying?? If you could take a picture that would be helpful. please do not include the QR code or any other identifiable information
