please help me out...dark souls 3 my saved game wont show up only see new game

I went to play my dark souls 3 after not laying for 2 months and all I can see is new game. I tried to uninstall reinstall game I tried to hard boot the system I tried to set console back to factory settings. even go offline and back on and remove account
the game syncs saved files takes couple mins but still no continue just new game. I can see my achievements in the game hub but it says ive only played 3 hours and a bit when ive played over 30 hours. I need help to get my game back and nothings working so
far ive been trying for 2 days now. please help

On February 27, 2016, I purchased the Dark Souls 3 has not received game changers from pre-order Dark Souls codes , please help me! I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me over here. The issue is that i have not received
my Dark Souls code yet.

Dark Souls - Items on another xbox are waiting to be uploaded. Help?

Can anybody help me figure out where to find my dark souls 1 download code? I've had the pre order version of dark souls 3 for a week now and dark souls 1 hasn't showed up.

 

Do you usually play offline or online? The game saves on the xbox one are usually backed up by the cloud and sometimes the saves can take up to 72 hours to take place, so if you're going offline and online a lot that may be a reason why, there's more troubleshooting
you can try to get your saved games back but in the end if it doesn't work, then they may be lost unfortunately.

 

Well i didnt have it set up for online like threw xbox live. So i would say i played offline.last time i played was over a month ago so it should be in the cloud by now right? It used to go back to continue game whenever i went to play but this time nothing.
Ill try the trouble shooting but ive tried everything ive seen online to do. It says syncing but once its done it still says new game. Although i did notice all my achievements are in the game hub for the game but they all say i achieved them on the same day.
From lighting the first fire to defeating the 6th boss which is over e0 hours into game play.

 

Hey there again! If you played offline and chose to play online you should receive a message prompt to sync offline save onto online if you haven't seen that prompt go back to offline and try to play the save and see if it still there.

 

I get a screen where it syncs but fter the sync it still says new game and my continue is now there. I tried to play offline and still no save

 

Truly weird to lose a save. Can you go to My games & apps - hover over dark souls 3 - press start - Manage game - saved data and check if you have any saved data there.

 

There's saved data there it says 8.8 mb of saved data. I erase it to try to resync and after i try to resync my saves it comes back but wont sync all i get is new game.

 

Try these troubleshooting steps for saves not syncing with the cloud.
