Please Help me My membership wont renew

I usually buy the monthly membership for 9.99 but today when i tried to turn it back on it stated the follow:

"Sorry, that's as many as you can have

Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account."

I'm paying for the membership so I would like to know why I have a limited number of these.

My gold membership sort of glitched

So my Xbox live gold membership expired about 5 days early and then when i renew it, it wont let me it says that my gold membership is still active but when i tried to play multiplayer or joining a party it wont let me. I really need help

 

Game won't play

I have mad max on disc. Just installed but telling me I have to renew my game pass.

Why is this happening when I've got the disc???

Don't wont to renew the game pass.

Please help

 

That is odd. I can't say I have heard of this occurrence before. With this being a billing issue, you would be better to go through to the billing team via phone support.

Error pbr40441 occurs when trying to purchase an offer from an xbox one console

You see the following error code and message when you try to purchase an offer from your Xbox one console:

Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account. This may mean that the offer you’re trying to purchase has already been purchased the maximum number of times allowed for your account. This offer cannot be purchased again using the same account.
Please try a different purchase.

I have the same issue, and I think it's because I have two credit cards, and one card is trying to pay for my subscription, but has no money. And you can only have one credit card paying for your subscription at a time on any one account. So the best thing
to do would be to check whether you have another credit card/debit card that is trying to pay for your next month's subscription, if you do, you are going to have to call Xbox Support to have them remove the option for you.

 

Please contact Xbox Customer Support so that they can look this up on your account. You might have pending balances on your account or your card is already expired.
