hello microsoft,

today i had a very strange case.

I played call of duty; modern warfare 2 in a normal dominance game online with my xbox live account.

Than suddenly my screen stopped working and i had a freeze frame in the game.

In the middle of the screen appeared the sentence: Get freezed ****!

So i turned my xbox 360 off and on again to continue playing modern warfare 2, i started the game, went to xbox live playing and in the moment i press the A button on the "class editor" the game freezed again, so that i have to make xbox off and on again.

Every time want to play online on modern warfare 2.

I feel sad inside, because i got clearly hacked from other players. i have the names of the players and a photo of the freeze frame with the sentence: Get freezed ****. Additionally they changed my account prestige 9 level 64 to prestige 10 level 70 and
i dont want prestige 10, but that is less important. I can´t play my favourite game anymore and that is horrible for me.

Can you please help me get my normal account back or at least delete my online progress in mw2 so i can start from bottom again, without deleting the whole account with my xbox live gold membership?

hello I purchased a xbox 360 game on my xbox one and it told me I had to reinstall my account to play it so I deleted it and tried to sign back in but it wont let me I called support yesterday and tried to go throw the security questions to reset my password
but I bought my account from a friend of mine so all the questions are things I don't kno like his moms phone number and ****. someone please help me its my **** birthday and im pissed cause I cant play the game I just bought and cant call support cause my
cellphone provider is down I just want my account that I spent over 200$ on plz Microsoft

Thanks for reaching out - in this case, we'd recommend uninstalling the game, then rebooting the console & your router/modem, and reinstalling the game after that. Do you see any change when you try to play after?

The account owner will need to contact Microsoft Support, there's no other way to resolve this issue from your end, since you are not the account owner.

Sorry to hear it. Are you 18 or older? If so, you could try promoting your account to adult.

If you are younger than 18 then I'm afraid that there's nothing that can be done as you do need that information and there is no place that it's stored.

Come on wrong forum, demand gold code from microsoft, ask for help, I think you got these mixed up. contact microsoft support, if you entered a valid code last night and it just stopped working today I'm sure a support staff member can tell you what happened,
just try being a little more courteous to them if you want a favorable result.
