my Xbox isn't letting me purchase anything in store or in game, it just says that it couldn't load in the Xbox one store even tho my connection is fine, and in the backwards compatable in the 360, it tells me something about privacy settings even tho my
purchase options are unrestricted, I'm very confused on what the problem is l, please help me!!

hello I purchased a xbox 360 game on my xbox one and it told me I had to reinstall my account to play it so I deleted it and tried to sign back in but it wont let me I called support yesterday and tried to go throw the security questions to reset my password
but I bought my account from a friend of mine so all the questions are things I don't kno like his moms phone number and ****. someone please help me its my **** birthday and im pissed cause I cant play the game I just bought and cant call support cause my
cellphone provider is down I just want my account that I spent over 200$ on plz Microsoft

Hey CatWithaMac11! If you are using a Child or Teen account you would need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console. Then you'll be able to download the game from the Ready

Sorry to hear it. Are you 18 or older? If so, you could try promoting your account to adult.

If you are younger than 18 then I'm afraid that there's nothing that can be done as you do need that information and there is no place that it's stored.

Come on wrong forum, demand gold code from microsoft, ask for help, I think you got these mixed up. contact microsoft support, if you entered a valid code last night and it just stopped working today I'm sure a support staff member can tell you what happened,
just try being a little more courteous to them if you want a favorable result.
