Please help me I’m going crazy i don’t know what to do anymore

ok so for the last week I’ve been dealing with this and I’ve done all the stuff that everything online said I should so when I either try to start or join a party I can’t hear anyone and even though it says I’m fully in the party my friends have told me that it says I’m still connecting and then after maybe a minute it kicks me out of the party and says that the party encountered an error and also says [0x8923104F] and to try to fix this I’ve hard reset and restarted my Xbox multiple times I’ve deleted my account off of it and added it back and it still won’t work my NAT is open and all that and I can still join parties on the same account on the Xbox app and I’ve checked my messages from Microsoft and know that I’m not banned I’ve ran completely out of ideas and hope so I thought I would post this here and see if anybody else has had this problem and found a fix for it any help would be appreciated

Edit. Idk if this matters or not but my Xbox is the first version of Xbox ones released
