    I recently redeemed a 3 month Live card within a week or two ago. But when i go to sign into xbox live it only prompts me with a billing option saying i have to pay 9.99 a month to geton...?!?!?! I start Titanfall 2 and it gets to the main menu and says,
    "this profile is not permitted to play online" ?!?!?! i paid for xbox live. I successfully redeemed the code. It said it added 3 months to my account. There are no Xbox live enforcement actions on my account. Ive checked my xbox live status through xbox
    assist, it all has green checkmarks. My network connection is good, says All services are available. SO ****?????

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what could be getting in your way for Titanfall 2. I can totally see how this could grind anyone's gears, but hopefully we can help you get back on track. I see you have done a good amount of troubleshooting
    already, but I recommend
    removing and redownloading
    your profile.

    Where did you get the code from? Some sites such as CDKeys have an online reputation for providing incorrect keys

    Thank you very much for your understanding and concern for my issue. I went ahead and spent $ 9.99 on a subscription for gold and now everything works fine. Im not sure if the 3 month code has been activated or not. You're reply was still very kind and
    i appreciate you taking the time to help resolve my issue. Thia is why ill ALWAYS choose Xbox and Microsoft for all of my online gaming needs. Much love for all the people working hard to provide such wonderful and glorious products for entertainment and online

    Try clearing the console cache, log in again, maybe it helps, have you tried other games?
