PLEASE HELP ME , I JUST BOUGHT THIS XBOX ONE S A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO

okay so i just bought an xbox one s and ive been having connection issues ever since, ive never ever had these issues with any other console ( xbox 360, ps3, ps4) okay so what happens is im playing overwatch with my friends and im in an xbox live party with
them and i randomly get kicked off of xbox live for no reason , my connection is completely fine and nothing is wrong with it , i hate this so much because when i play comp i get banned for leaving the game when its my connection kicking me off xbox live for
no reason , please help me with this problem , ive tried almost everything ( opening xbox live ports, hard resettting xbox and router, resetting mac address, deleting my profile and re downloading it )

Hi everyone!

A few weeks ago, i bought a CD with Halo 4 for Xbox 360. Two days ago, when i wanted to play Halo 4's campaign , it gives me an error : "The game failed to start for an unknown reason". This happened suddenly.

Please help me.
