Please help me get through to the guys from the preview program

Dear Forum.

For some reason my console is part if the preview program, but since I never signed up
I can't download the app, and unsubscribe, OR access the preview program team through the forum, and ask them to remove me (I can't log in to the program hp, sine my xbox account is not tied to the preview program, only my
console id).

I tried resetting my console to factory default, but no luck. I've used several evenings on this issue already, and I find it really unsatisfactory. I do not have the time to wait for hours while updating every time i want to game half an hour or have a friend
over to game. My xbox i practically broken, and being 5 hours on xbox chat support has not helped neither. PLEASE HELP

What I need to do, is to get through to the guys from the preview program, and have them remove my console, can anyone help me in this regard?

preview program invites

I am not receiving preview program invites even though my friends have sent me invites.I need help and want to get in the preview program guys please help and if you can send invites please do

 

Preview program problems

I need access to the Preview Program forum, please! My Preview Program has disappeared from my console, and I've been trying for days to get help with it but no one has responded to my posts. Will someone please help me out?

If your console was part of the preview program they will resend the app within 72 hours. At this point you should be able to install the app and remove your console from the program.

 

Der 'Hey Papi', like i wrote, I can't access the forum, nor download the app. The link you provide me with, links to "Group Not Found","The requested Group cannot be found". The reason being, that, like i also wrote, the subscription to the update program
is not linked to the account, but the console id.

I've used 5 hours with the hotline. It would be weird if they did not suggest this to me, would you not think so?
