    One of my younger brothers has been trying to get into my Xbox account while I was away so now I get the message "try your password instead; your passkey was tried several times. To help keep you safe, please use your password." But when I choose the enter
    password option it's telling me to connect to Xbox live. I don't have internet and therefore cannot do that. I've restarted the Xbox multiple times as well as turned it off and on again multiple times with the same message. Does this mean I'm locked out of
    my account forever because of my lack of internet?

    Just bought one of these charger kits, I have been trying to charge both my controllers but the light just stays blue, It said in the description that it is meant to be red while charging and go green when charged, I have not seen any red or green lights, the USB is plugged into the back of the xbox one correctly, please help.

    Hey JadedBlood413, nobody likes to think they're not being heard, which is why I find it particularly strange that you said "no one in the support chat" will help you either. Did you mean the support forums? In which case, you're probably right because nowadays
    you're lucky to find anybody with a clue - much less the answer to your dilemma.

    But at least you asked the question, right? Unfortunately, in this instance you really do need to be contacting customer support through a live connection. Which also unfortunately means going online. Not sure how anybody in this day and age can be non-connected,
    but that's besides the point; all I know is how things worked out whenever I've had an issue with Xbox in the past - and thankfully those few instances could be resolved online. You've obviously reconnected to post this topic, so could you not try logging
    in to Xbox.com from another device?

    Sorry that I couldn't be of more assistance, but I'm just a gamer like you, and nobody likes to be think they're not being heard. Good luck

    Didn't you need internet for first time set up?

    I'm afraid you are going to need it again if you want your account back.

    Take your console to a friends house and connect there.
