please help!!!!!! locked out my real account and cant get access to my gamer score , games ...

Hi there , i am writing this as a last resort , i have completly lost the will to fight against the automaticly generated emails that deny that i am who i say i am .

MY xbox live accout is MURRAY SNR , i have had this account since way back 6 yrs or so . used it on my 360 and on my xbox one , i paid my mnthly subscription with my bank card and my details and purchased microsoft points , arcade games you name it . i know
the email address linked to said gamer tag but will not type it here . i have filled out countless acrs but i am getting no where . the email adress i set up for this account wasnt used much other than with e.a or things related to my gaming it wasnt a daily
used email so i cant tell what folders might be named or stuff like that and i hadnt used the account for sometime so i honestly dont know if the card i have now has the same details as whats stored . i want to call some one and provide my bank detiails and
prove i am who i say i am so i can enjoy my 29849 gamerscore , play my bought arcade games and enjoy my xbox one again , i have tried setting up a new account and starting over as you can see by this account but i just cant let go of MURRAY SNR . i put alot
of money into this acount and it is massivly unfair to deny me it , the hours i **** spent to get the mile high club acheiv was bordering on divorce meterial i swear , as was the hours of trying to get hold of the golden gun on jimmy bond to get the kills
to max the game was again unreal. i had never gamed onlinet ill one day my laptop broke many yrs ago and had to be sent away ....i was sitting bored and looking at my ethernet cable lying all unconnected and sad and had a brain wave .....i remembered seeing
an ethernet port on the *** of my recently purchased 360 so i pluged it in to see hwat would happen . it changed my life once i played tom c's Aw2 on its small maps , i was hooked but as i grew up i spent less time playing but now i wnt to . . if this attempt
fails im giving up and just sell my xbox one as i aint starting my gaming history again ,,,,,,,,, my son has taken till just recently to surpass my gamer score and i cant continue a battle i imagined we would have till the end of my days , possibly pass it
on to grandson to allow him to one up my son and gain a start but no , i have tried so so many times filling out acrs and get no where . i want a human to help me plz .

my gamer score was reset and i lost all of my achievements were locked again now I cant even unlock them when I am supposed to..Help me Please

 

Xbox account password keeps getting changed for no reason

My Xbox account password keeps getting changed for no reason i cant access my account and i am locked out of all platforms and my contact email is still the same but when i request a password reset an email does not get sent please help i have spent 300$
on this account. pls help
