    Please help. I've bought a second hand Xbox series x


    I've bought a second hand Xbox series x and it's not booting into the os it comes up with an Error E101 message on the troubleshooting screen. Now I've tried to manually offline update and I've made sure to follow all instructions to a T but to no avail. The last thing I can think of it being is that it may have been enrolled into the insider program and it's thinking the current os is newer than the current public os. Is there any way someone could check for me and maybe unenroll the console? Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for all the help. It's a new series X and I've tested another series S controller and it's the same. After searching it seems to be a combination of built in zones and response curves and that the sticks on the xbox have way less tension than ps4. Doesn't work well for my man hands.
