Please help it says there is a problem with me saved games data

If this is the Xbox One, your best bet might be to go to My Games & Apps and highlight the game giving you issues. From there press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on the controller and select "Manage Game".

On that next screen scroll down to Save Data and delete the files in there. Do NOT select "Delete Everywhere" as that will clear out the cloud data, but only delete locally. Then, from the dashboard Home, press the menu on that game and select "Quit".

Your other save data will pull down from the cloud next time you launch the game, and if not corrupted like your local files, you should be good.

Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

If it's your game save that is corrupt, you've had it and will have to start over.

Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.

So my bad on not being clear on the problem fully.

The game runs fine its just when it tries to access the now non-existing saved data after the title screen I get a popup saying the error code and it cant sync the saved data and to try again later or use offline trying to use offline lets me play the game
but once i close the game the saved data deletes itself.
