Please help identify!!! Weird ejecting noise problem.

Every time I eject a disc it sounds like it is working super hard to get the disk out. Once I pull the disc completely out, the noise will continue for a second or two more. The disc comes out fine but the motor for it gets pretty loud. i can hit the
eject button with no disc in it and it will make the noise even with no disc in the drive. Powering down the console will also make my xbox one do the same noise. I have spoken with Microsoft and performed all of the boot ups and option restarts and nothing
seems to help. Has anyone encountered this and if you have what can I do to fix this. Microsoft says they can repair it but I would love to fix it myself and no go weeks without an xbox. Thank you for your time.

Xbox one headset problem

I can only hear my friends talking, but when I talk, my friends only can hear some weird noise

i have tried the sound test service on skype , I can only hear weird noise too

can anyone help me solve this problem?

tried all of the solutions listed above still didnt help... was also getting help from an official with step by steps and we still couldnt fix the problem

Hello,

Since you have spoken with Microsoft and troubleshooting does not seem to help, I would just send it in for repairs.

Repairing your Xbox yourself is against the Xbox Live Terms of Use and can result in getting banned from the service.

The repair process isn't too bad. I think we've all been there at some point no matter what console.

I would rather send it in than risk being banned. lol.

(My experience with repairs, granted I don't have an Xbox One, but I have had to have a few 360 consoles sent in. I hated not being able to play online so I got some money together and went out and bought a new one. That way I could still play while one
was going through repairs and had a back up in case it were to happen again, which it did -_- ).

*Update*

Some of the achievements have now unlocked, which is great news! But as of today I put my game in the disc tray and my console made some weird noises, and displayed "insert disc". I ejected the game and tried putting it back in a few times to no prevail.
I then recycled my console to see if restarting it would help, but every time I put MCC in, it would make weird noises and display "insert disc", while other games would continue to be read and played. Any suggestions?
