Impossible to get my free code to activate Minecraft Windows 10 edition

Hi, I bought minecraft Java edition few days ago, after, I'm trying to get my free code to activate the windows 10 edition on my Mojang Account but there is no code!!

I tried the next day but same error.. I sent an email to the Mojang Support, this is the answer :

Can't redeem a code for Minecraft Windows 10

Hi,

When I want to redeem my Free code for Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft, the MOJANG Website returns me this :

"Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be on their way. Please check back later!"

The MOJANG Support reply me this :

So, can you help me ? I've the Java version of Minecraft I bought her and have the screenshot on my Mojang account. And I need the Windows 10 version of Minecraft because I'm now on Windows 10 x64 Professionnal Edition.

• Can you tell us if you received any error messages when trying to sign in on the Xbox app?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, I recommend that you perform the following steps below:

Solution 1: Reset the Xbox app.

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
2. Select System, and then select Apps & features.
3. Find the game, and then click on Advanced options.
4. Click Reset.
5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Solution 2: Change your Network settings.

1. On the Cortana Search box, enter "Internet Options".
2. Go to Connections tab.
3. Select LAN Settings.
4. Under Automatic configuration, select Automatically detect settings.
5. Click OK.
6. Launch Xbox app, then try to sign in.
