PLEASE HELP I am giving up! Signing in /Downloading profile on Xbox 360 (ERROR 80151103)

"What fixed it for me was signing out of all Microsoft/Xbox websites as well as my Xbox Series, Windows Xbox App, and anything else you can think of your account/profile being signed into. This requires you to memorize or write down the generated app password, then signing-out of all sites before attempting to redownload your profile. Some people have been able to redownload their profile after few attempts, myself included."

You can also try resetting your console to factory defaults and seeing if the issue gets fixed. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Back up anything you want to save
   
   1. Connect an external USB hard drive to your Xbox 360 so that it appears as a storage device.
      
   2. Press the Guide button on your controller and select the "Settings" tab.
      
   3. Choose "System Settings," select "Storage," and then select your Xbox 360 hard drive.
      
   4. Select "Transfer Content" and then select your external hard drive.
      
   5. Select what you want to transfer and then click "Start." You may have to wait a while for the transfer to complete.
      
2. Press the Nexus button (Xbox logo) on your controller
   
3. Select "Settings" and then choose "System Settings."
   
4. Select "Console Settings" and then "System Info."
   
5. Write down your "Console Serial Number."
   
   1. You can also find your serial number next to the USB ports on the front of your Xbox 360, or on the back on the console above the A/V port
      
6. Return to "System Settings" and select the "Storage" option
   
7. Highlight your Xbox 360 hard drive and press Y button. This will open the Device Options menu for the hard drive.
   
8. Select "Format" from the Device Options menu. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to erase everything on the hard drive. If you're sure that you've backed everything important up, you can proceed.
   
9. Enter your serial number if prompted. You may be asked to enter your console serial number before you can begin the format. This is a safeguard to help prevent accidental formats. Enter in the serial number you wrote down earlier.
   
10. Delete your user. After the format, you'll be taken back to the Home menu. You'll be logged out of Xbox Live, and all of your games will be gone. Go to Settings, System, Storage, then the location of your user, and delete it.
    
11. Start the Initial Setup. Go to Settings, System, and press "Initial Setup"

Are you sure the error code is 81051103? That number seems to not represent an error. Do you mean 80151103? If so, that error code signifies a problem downloading your Xbox Live profile when you sign in. You can read up more on the issue by clicking the
link below. Possible solutions include resetting your password or re-downloading your profile then trying to sign in again.

I was wondering if Microsoft decided to discontinue the download profile option on the Xbox 360. every time I try to log in I get the error code 80151103.

I am having the 80151103 issue also. I was able to use my profile on my home xbox, but not on my friends xbox. The error is saying unable to download xbox profile at this time please try again later.
