The error code states I am not the subscription owner, I own wwe 2k16 on disc. Im not sure how to renew the subscription. This has never happened before please if anyone knows about this please contact this post.

Thank you for replying to my question. I shutdown my console and let it sit for a couple of hours. All my games worked correctly so I'm not sure what happened but everything is working.

 

Same issue with rainbow six siege. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

I'm having this exact issue with my fifa 16

 

I am having this issue not only can i not play my nba2k16, i cant get in contact with anyone from xbox. Every time i try to register it advises to come another time, without registering your console you cant even speak to a live person. LIKE REALLY.... then
on top of that when i try to go on the live chat before i can say a word to the ambassador connects and the chat closes immediately. Even after i enter in the reason i still dont get anywhere. Please help
