Please help. I am desperate.

I am very desperate and displeased for this but this is enough.

It is SIX months that I have problems to redeem my Games with Gold content (I have got Xbox Ultimate subscription).

The only way that I found is to redeem on the console itself.

Now not only I can't redeem my games from the Xbox console (Sine Mora) BUT I CAN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MARKETPLACE.

I tried EVERYTHING, also linking directly my bank AND NONE.

I tried also my fiance Paypal that have a different bank. EVERYTHING.

PC, console, smartphone.

All browsers.

Please, help.

I am very displeased and sad about it but really I need help. REAL HELP.

If I'm understanding you are having a problem purchasing content. Sound like you don't have a valid payment set up. I know I had problems at first because a bunch of cards are prepaid cards. I would try and link a card that has funds and the same address
and zip as your on your Xbox

account. I have a few cards that are set up on mine. You could also log into Xbox app on your phone. Hope this helps you. Don'tgive up.
