Please help having troubles with xbox one

I am having trouble with my Internet. It doesn't matter where I go, who's internet I am connected too, my download speed and upload speed are super lower and half the time i have a packet loss (it has gone has high as 89% packet loss. Even if I am the only
one connected to the Internet still sucks. I'v even had my brother prioritize the internet to my xbox, dose nothing still super slow internet. I'm pretty sure I've tired everything to try and make it go fast. Even hard line doesn't help. Even hard rest my
xbox. So I'm wondering could it be my xbox sometHong wrong with it, I have a day one xbox one if that means anything. Please help...

This issue with slow internet would be your ISP download and upload speeds from there, You would need to upgrade your internet service in order to drop your packet loss. The xbox takes quite a bit of network resources when playing so it is more than likely
eating up your bandwidth.

Anthoer thing you can do is try to port forwarded all ports associated with xbox live

support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live Check that link for further help how do that. I hope I was somewhat helpful to your needs

Heya!

Since powering the console on and off does not permanently fix the issue let's have you do the following:

Remove your profile from the console.
Power cycle the console.
Sign back in and test the console once more.

If this does not help
soft factory reset the console by choosing "Keep my games and apps."
