Please Help Having Issues!

So I went on my xbox yesterday and to my surprise i wasn't connected to xbox live. I went to network settings and it says "NAT Type Unavailable". After 2 Hours of frustration, restarting my router and xbox nothing seem to work so I just got off. Today I
decided to call Xbox Support. They made it worse. They told me to do what I had already done unplug the router and xbox. Nothing was working and I went to check if there was an update I might need. I needed to update my xbox! So I told Xbox support and after
waiting 20 MINUTES! They told me to reset my xbox and keep my games and apps. I did that and the update that I needed was about to work and then my screen goes to "Sorry Error Code (Alot of Zero's)" I tried connecting to my WiFi it still didn't update. If
anyone has a solution please let me know! It would mean alot!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I took a peek at your
Xbox.com profile and I can see that you're storming the Fortress in some Halo 5: Guardians right now. Are you still having issues or are you good to go at this point?

Ok, so when I click on the game in the Microsoft Store it said Manage This Idem so I click it and nothing but the base game appears and im startinh to mad.. I appreciate your help though.
