PLEASE help, have been trying to fix jittery gameplay for 3 months on Xbox (Apex Legends)

This is my first post I'd really appreciate help if anyone has a solution on this. I have been playing Apex Legends since it came out and I started getting jittery/stuttery gameplay about 3 months ago. Here's what I have tried:

Restart routers/modem/xbox

Factory reset xbox

Bought a new Xbox S (this helped slightly as I was on OG xbox)

Port forwarding

Enable DMZ

Bought new router and modem

uninstalled/reinstalled game

Reset xbox cache

Changed monitor

New Ethernet cords

Nothing has worked. I really love the game but I'm considering quitting because it's almost unplayable. My internet speed is very fast, ~150. Low ping. 0% packet loss. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I play on the same server as my friends and
none of them have these issues. The best way I can describe is frame rate drops/stuttery gameplay especially when fighting and playing pathfinder who moves super quickly around the map. I often skip frames when I'm trying to turn quickly.

What tv / monitor are you using , it could be that 🤔

Hello Shenmueone,

What model of Xbox One do you have? From what you are describing, is a mix of internet lag and perfomance from your console, is that true?

Do you have lag issues in other online games? Or performance issues in other games?

Apex Legends has been great for me. Content, events, gameplay, and the flow of the game have been a great surprise for me.
