Please help. Halo gaurdians promo code

I received a message promotion for halo gaurdians a few weeks ago, it was for playing online within the first week or so of the games launch. You get an armor set if I'm correct. The recent console update has changed the interface and everything. Including
including deleting old messages. Now that I go to redeem the code, it is not in my messages. I have checked xbox.Com and on my console and nothing. Is there any way to help?

Duplicate and invalid code

I recently recieved my promo codes for Crazy Larry deal,Thank You. My Halo reach code is invalid it is duplicated with my Fable III code. When I input the code it downloads Fable. Please resend me a valid Halo Reach code.Miss Kleo please help
