Please help get account back!

I followed the below instructions because I wanted to find out what my outlook email address was that was linked to my xbox live account. When I got to remove account and removed my account, I couldn't find the profile anywhere on my xbox. Google has been
unhelpful. What do I do?

1. Have the other adult in your Xbox family sign in to their own account on the Xbox One console.
   
2. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select All settings.
5. Select Account.
6. On the Account settings screen, select Remove accounts.
7. On the Remove accounts screen, select your profile.
8. Return to the Account settings screen and select Family.
9. On the Family screen, select your profile again.
10. Select Add to this Xbox.
11. The next screen shows your Microsoft account. You can complete sign in from this point by entering your password. (If you need help with a forgotten password, selectContinue below.)

i would like to know if microsoft could help me get my account back "ChubbiestFish"... i forgot my password and the email was fairly new but i cant remember my sercurity answer the email is
[REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] . i got a new xbox for christmas which i transfered my old hard drive to, to the new slim but i didn't know i had to use an email and password after downloading the account to the new xbox. i have
had the account upto 3 years of live and around 4 years having the account with and without the live, i am using a new account at the moment but thats only so i can speak to friends, i am quite annoyed at how i spent so long building "ChubbiestFish" up and
now i have lost it, i have tried "forgot password" but i dont know much descriptions or latest passwords as though its only used for my xbox. if you can help please email
[REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] please i still have upto 2-3month membership left and i am now missing out on playing games with friends with my actual rankings on certain games.

 

The account i'm using by the way is my old account.
