Please help....Game purchased not showing up on acccount

What kind of troubleshooting have you done if any so far?

Have you tried to remove and redownload your profile unto your console as outlined on our support page entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One? I'd give that a shot if you haven't yet.

Also, what does it say in your
Microsoft Account Order History?

Please let us know what you have already done on your side so that we can maybe clear up the situation.

PS: Just want to put it out there though that no Forums member can actively access your payment options directly like
Customer Support can.

I thought as long as you showed up gold here your account was valid online ........ unless you have been banned for some reason maybe.

Have you checked your email associated with your account?

I guess you should call customer support to settle the dispute with your account.

i cant remember who it was, but there was someone i knew had gold, and owed microsoft some money from not paying his sub for a while. eventually he got banned for not paying up i think.

I have seen others ask the same question, and any time it was a payment issue they showed up here as a silver.
