HELP PLEASE!

i bought GTAV digital download for my xbox one a few months ago, i havent been on it in a few days and i went to go on it and i got an error code (0x803f8007) it says about check payment and billing settings but i didnt get it through xbox store i got it on ebay, i dont know why it is doing this, can someone please help

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

take your code and go on your xbox and hit the guide button and then scroll to the left to redeem code and enter the code there and it should pop up and let you download it from there and its a 1.93 gb download have fun and hope this helps you out

So it's the Fallout 3 code that gives you the error? Did Fallout 4 download correct or did that also have problems?

Can you try download your second profile (MDKilljoy97) and see if that works.
