Please help dashboard help

Ok I guys n gals I really need some help here as. Am stumped, my mam has an xbox profile and 360 console, her dashboard hasn't updated since the release of Tiger Woods 14 demo, I have cleared cache, redownload her profile, we have even transferred it to
various different consoles yet it still won't update her profile, she has missed out on so much because her dashboard just won't update, any help will be greatly appreciate it.

I have just set up my xbox one and the sound doesn't sound right. I have it on a 5.1 dolby system it's really odd on call of duty advanced warfare the centre speaker works during cinematic scenes but has no volume during game play it sounds ok and the gun and voice effects come mainly from the front two speakers but that can't be right????

Has anyone else got call of duty set up on 5.1 dolby system?

 

Is her console connected to the internet?

 

Yes her xbox is always connected to the internet

 

Have you tried clearing the cache 3 times? I don't know why but that makes a difference.

 

Yep done that dome that like said done that transferred to various different consoles, deleteded it redownloaded it etc I really am stumped

 

it may be attached to a different console with its digital rights, i'm currently having this problem, but my kids use my other xbox so not much i can do about it read more about it here support.xbox.com/.../download-content

what exactly do you mean that the dashboard hasn't updated, do you mean the OS version or the Tiles on the dashboard, or something else?
