    The problem I’m experiencing seems to be completely unique.

    What is happening is that in all of my games about 20 mins into playing and sometimes after only 2 minutes I get a message on screen saying “please fix your saved games” do this by going to settings deleting them and downloading them again.

    After this message comes up, my game becomes unresponsive, followed by the rest of the console, apps slow down, images fail to load, controller stops working and eventually I have to switch the console off.

    Sometimes after restarting it after the hard reset I am me with the E200 something went wrong error, and sometimes it loads fine.

    This issue happens every single time I play without fail almost and I have tried everything to fix it. The issue happens with online games and offline games, it even happened on a game that I had never even played before.

    About 2 months ago is when it first happened, I did a hard reset and everything was fine for a month, then around August 9th/15th it started happening again and happened every time I played for about 3 weeks. I tried lots of ways to
    fix it but all of a sudden it fixed itself.

    So from about sep 1st to sep 8th I could play fine.

    But on the 9th it has all started again and now seems even worse, I fear my console, my profile or all my saves me be corrupted or something.

    Here are things I have tried to resolve the issue but have failed:

    -Hard reset (100s of them)

    -deleting and downloading saves and also profiles from the cloud

    -removing and re-adding accounts

    -trying different connections at other locations

    -clearing persistent storage and MAC address

    -factory reset keeping games and apps

    -uninstalling and reinstalling games

    -offline system update diagnostic tool

    -complete factory reset deleting everything

    Also my console is fully updated and is the latest OS version.

    Network techies please help (or GTA experts)

    Okay, this is driving me nuts. I've been having online issues with GTA online. I constantly get dumped into empty lobbies or get kicked almost immediately whenever entering a populated one (more than 5 or so).

    I've been back and forthing with Rockstar support and their latest suggestion seemed to work...at first. They told me to change my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which originally seemed to work. When I tried to play last night, the console reset my DNS settings and now whenever I manually change them back, it won't take. Can anyone please help me with this??? It goes back to something like: 2008:feed1:etc. etc.

    Thanks in advance for any help. I love the game and want to join in on some mayhem but the damn game won't let me. I have no other problems playing any other games. My NAT is open and I have great internet speeds. Please help. please. Pretty please.
